The attached photo is the result of an individual (s) dumping items over the weekend. When the dumpster is packed to the rim and the lids will barely close Waste Management charges the association an additional charge of $ 90 to remove those items. In addition it is never okay to dispose of any used paint, used oil, or leave anything stacked to the side of the dumpster. This also generates an additional charge to the association. The City of Chandler offers a service for Household Hazardous Waste Disposal appointments are required by calling 480*782*3510 to schedule. Please be respectful of your fellow owner's and the Board of Director's that attempt to keep overall costs down.
