Good afternoon all,Quick message to let you know Monday April 12th from 7:00 AM till 4:00 PM - Rose Paving will be crack sealing the asphalt throughout the community. The job is scheduled for 1 day and we do not plan on shutting the whole place down. Owner'sA quick message to let everyone know that Evolution Construction Services will begin work on Monday, April 5th, 2021 as early as 6:00 am each day and lasting approximately 3 weeks (weather permitting)Work being done during this time frame includes removal/replacement of all the expansion joints between the buildings and at the base of all units (does not include the man doors), stucco repair and color matching and replacement of missing stone veneer. Work will begin at Unit # 117 and follow the complete East wall. For those that elected to have the in Unit WiFi router installed. Please look at your Mojo installed router and compare it to the attached pic. If your cat6 wire plugs in the bottom of the router it is wrong. If it plugs in the "Back" of the router all is good. Yes, Addison's helpers plugged some of the cat6 cables into the wrong port. Larry Sundsrud has switched a few of these and would welcome the chance to change it for you. (lsundsrud@gmail.com or text 218-252-3812) Should take about 20 min's or so to make the change. The biggest issue is the two small screws that hold the cover on are small torx so beware.When wired correctly all unit owners need to email Addison with Mojo at reeves@mojobroadband.co (note .co not .com) He'll need your name and unit number. He will send you your password. Within your unit your WiFii will appear as Gtown. Use your password and all is good. PS: Even if yours is wired correctly if you haven't emailed Addison for a password it won't work. Remember the campus wide WiFi is called Garagetown and the password is garagetown. The final phase of the Security System Upgrade will begin on Monday, March 2, 2020 through Thursday, March 5, 2020. Owner's The attached photo is the result of an individual (s) dumping items over the weekend. When the dumpster is packed to the rim and the lids will barely close Waste Management charges the association an additional charge of $ 90 to remove those items. In addition it is never okay to dispose of any used paint, used oil, or leave anything stacked to the side of the dumpster. This also generates an additional charge to the association. The City of Chandler offers a service for Household Hazardous Waste Disposal appointments are required by calling 480*782*3510 to schedule. Please be respectful of your fellow owner's and the Board of Director's that attempt to keep overall costs down. Thank you in advance for your support, Heywood Community Management
